Gene Crowder has spent more than three decades building businesses from the ground up — and developing a rare understanding of what it takes to protect them. A Virginia Tech graduate with a foundation in marketing, Gene has built his career at the intersection of private wealth and complex risk. Over more than fifteen years in the insurance industry, he has worked with private clients and closely held businesses — designing coverage programs for people whose financial complexity long ago outgrew what the standard market could offer. That hands-on experience as both an operator and an advisor shapes everything about the way Atlantis works. Gene doesn't approach risk management as a product sale. He approaches it as a strategic discipline — one that has to account for the full picture of a client's wealth, their business interests, their family, and the legacy they're building.
